Demi Moore stars as Elisabeth Sparkle, a former A-lister previous her prime and all of the sudden fired from her health TV present by repellent studio head Harvey (Dennis Quaid). She is then drawn to the chance offered by a mysterious new drug: THE SUBSTANCE. All it takes is one injection and he or she is reborn – quickly – because the beautiful, twenty-something Sue (Margaret Qualley). The one rule? Time must be cut up: precisely one week in a single physique, then one week within the different. No exceptions. An ideal stability. What might go mistaken?
