MP Home Minister Sidhi Viral Video: Man Urinates On Tribal Youth

Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s administration, according to Madhya Pradesh’s home minister Narottam Mishra, won’t think twice about bulldozing the Sidhi Pee case defendant’s property if it has any illegal possessions. The accused Pravesh Shukla’s details are already being evaluated by the government, and “a report will submitted” to the home minister by “evening.”

 After his video of him urinating on another man while intoxicated went viral, the Madhya Pradesh police detained a resident of Sidhi. On Wednesday, a top officer announced that Shukla was being questioned and that additional legal action will be taken.

Anjulata Patle, Sidhi’s Additional Superintendent of Police, told the press, “We have detained the suspect, Pravesh Shukla. He is being questioned. The matter will shortly be the subject of more legal proceedings. Sections 294 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as the SC/ST Act have both been the subject of a complaint filed against the accused.

In the meantime, Shukla’s wife declared that she adheres to the law and believes that wrongdoings should be punished. “He is my spouse. What must occur if something wrong was done, will occur. If something wrong was done, there ought to be punishment, said the speaker, who added that neither she nor anybody else was being pressured or bothered by the police.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, declared that the state government would not spare him at any cost and that the accused’s punishment will serve as a lesson to everyone.

“I’ve ordered that the accused get the harshest punishment. Everyone should learn a moral lesson from it. We won’t hold him back. An accused person belongs to no caste, religion, or political organization. He told reporters in Bhopal, “Accused is an accused.

The incident happened in the district’s Kubri hamlet, and the widely circulated video purportedly captures the accused urinating on the victim’s face while intoxicated. The accused, Pravesh Shukla, a local of Kubri village, has been named.

Dasmat Ravat, a 36-year-old native of the district’s Karaundi village, has been named as the victim.
